About Anya

As a Health Coach with certification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I’m the guide on the side to help you define your goals, become an expert on yourself, and approach wellness as a lifestyle, not a short-term solution. We'll talk about nutrition basics like what you're having for breakfast, how much water you're drinking and if you're getting quality sleep, but we'll also talk about relationships, career, ways you find joy, and more. Get in touch to learn about the process!

What is the process like?

During our initial complimentary call we will talk about your health and wellness goals, health history, and what you're looking to gain (or lose) in your life. Afterwards, I can talk to you about the process of working with a health coach, and how we would curate a personalized program for you to meet your goals.
